Upgrading from previous version to PDF Editor

When upgrading, I followed tracker-software instructions here:

If you click "No, don't ask me again" (by accident) on the upgrade box the first time, you can never return to this dialog box to upgrade your software.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the PDF Editor and it still won't allow me to upgrade (is there a registry setting not being cleared?). It seems there is no way for me to upgrade my software now

Hi David,

if you log into your account here then you can download the Personal.xcvault file from your account page. since you have already installed the new build then all you will need to do is, after downloading the xcvault file, double click it and your software will be licensed.

Do let me know if that resolves your issue?

I had to log in as my boss and I don't see any links to download Personal.xcvault files anywhere. Am I missing something?

FYI:

When I try to enter the key I get "You can not add this serial to your account". Please help!
