Right justifying text in text box causes text box to expand

Using version 5.5.309.0 on Windows 7 machine (also occurs in 5.5.308.2).

Situation:

1. Enter several lines of text in a text box
2. Select all the text.
3. Paragraph/Alignment to Right
4. Text box expands horizontally to almost full width of page.
5. Exit text box, and then resize text box to width of text and then click inside text box, text box resizes to full width again.

This issue does not happen if the Paragraph/Alignment is Left.

I have recorded a screen video to demonstrate.

Is this a bug?

We do have a ticket on this:
#2341: Aligning to right problem in type writer
But while we are working on it - if you use the text area tool (you can remove all borders and backgrounds) you should be able to alight to right and stay in the text area's dimensions.

Please use text box tool, not the typewriter one.
Typewriter tool has 'floating' right margin that depends from annotation content and is limited only by page's right border.
When you apply right align for such annotation, it aligns the content to the right border which is in this case right border of the page.
