Create a comment with multiple "leaders"?

I don't believe that it's possible, but sometimes it is (could be) necessary to use a comment with multiple leaders which lead to different positions in the document.

Is it possible?

What type of annotation are you thinking of and what do you mean by a leader? It sounds like you want a bookmark or link to a location(s) on the page.

sorry, I know "Leader" from CAD which means the "arrow / connecting line" between a "comment / a text area" and the position to which the text is referring to. What's the correct word for it?

I see what it is you mean, and I would say calling it a "leader" would be appropriate. At this point, it is not possible to do; however, I will make a feature request. This is indeed a good idea and I can imagine some very useful implications for it.
