Summaries Comment - sorting
I’m using PDF-XChange viewer to measure lengths of the beams in building drawings. I’m measuring them in one particular order, that is, from left to right for easy checking later on. I want the summaries comments to be in that particular order as well. However, when I edited the label of one of the length, that particular length is showing up at last in summaries comment. How can I make the summaries comments to sort out in the sequence I measure even I edit any of the label.

Hello Steve,
Welcome to our forums. I suspect that you have the "Sort By:" set to "date" for the summarize comments feature. Please try some of the other options and see if those will help.
Regards,
Stefan

Accordingly, the summarize comments can be sort by date, author, subject, page. I think sort by subject will be the only answer, but the subject is default subject. How to I change or give each measurement a new subject.

Hi Steve,
Right click a measurement and select "Properties..." from the drop down menu.
This will open the properties pane for this measurement. You can then click the Subject text and change it.
Regards,
Stefan
