I have a client that is running Win 8.1 and we can't get your PDF Driver to install on that machine.
I install both the API Driver and a Lite version of the PDF PRinter. Neither will install. The installer looks to go fine, but nothing gets listed in the Windows Drivers and Printers window.
The customer said he tried installing BullZip PDF as well and couldn't get that to install.
Are you aware of any setting in Win 8.1 that would be preventing this.
It was installed under the Administrator account so it should have enough rigthts.

Hi Jeff,
Did the customer reboot windows after the install? As our printing drivers need that to be properly recognized by windows. And we have many other users that do not have any issues with installing on Win 8.1 at all.
Is the driver not present even in the admin account or is it visible for the admin but not for the limited privileges user account?
