Installation of a translator plug-in

Hello,

I use the XChange Viewer under Windows 7 in the German language version.

I have read that it is possible to equip the viewer with a translation tool (English-German is what I desire) but I have no idea how.

I was also unable to find a help page despite intensively searching for one.

An explanation what I need and what to do would be great!

Hello Cadillac,

Welcome to our forums.
You should be able to change the Viewer (and it's successor - the Editor)'s interfaces by going to Edit -> Preferences -> Languages.

I am afraid that no other "translation" - e.g. on the fly of PDF pages is possible!

Hello Cadillac,

I have not used the translation feature myself so can't give a first hand comment how that should work, but looking at some older topics:

It seems like you select the word - then use a special sort cut from that translation tool - and it captures the selection and translates it for you.
