This is a tough one, because there is probably no way for you guys to test this.
Every single PDF opens in the viewer except for one section on the ADP payroll site - some reports. Like, the payroll preview report.
Works just fine with Adobe Reader when everything else is the same.
Any reports from other users of the same issue?

thanks for the post. Indeed we and ADP are both aware of this. ADP actually use our SDK in the creation of the PDFs. It is ironic to hear that Adobe renders this and our Viewer does not. We have been working with ADP since September to address this, they are using an old SDK.
Can I ask you to install the PDF-XChange Editor and let us know if the current Editor plugin resolves your issue?

Thanks for the quick reply.
ADP is always a day late and a dollar short.
I will try this next week on a test server and let you know if it fixes it.
If it does, will the Editor in the Free mode work the same as the Viewer in Free mode?

Absolutely - the Editor offers the same functionality, and more, in Evaluation mode as the Viewer did.

I installed the Editor on one of my Citrix servers and had the user try this again, and she reported the same issue.
So, I had to re-install Adobe on just that one server.
Any other suggestions? Other than ADP get with the program?

Wish I could....I cannot get them to open, nor can I save them in any other way.
If you are working with ADP, any time frame when they are going to update their site using a more recent SDK?

I'm afraid that we don't actually work with them, they simply purchased our SDK and license our own technology in their applications.
