Lost functions on update

Hi-
I have not used this propgram for a long time. I tried an update today. There was a warning about my key being an older style, and to not do it. I attempted to stop the install but it proceeded anyway even though I kept cancelling.
Now the program won't work. I reinstalled my old version and it still won't work.
What are my options?

Please email support with your serial number (don't post here) support@pdf-xchange.com - and the email address of the licensed user and we will provide info on the correct build to download and use for your license etc ... Along with any upgrade info/costs should you wish to use a later version.
