Can't use program after update

Can't use program after update

Earlier today I was asked to update the program. I now can't use it. I get the attached message whether I try to open the program or I try to open a pdf file with the program.

What should I do?

It says:

Error [PXVLib]: The reseource file is not found. Please re-install the application

Hello CAS,

Please try to uninstall, reboot then download and install our software manually:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/downloads
And this error should be resolved.
