Hi, we have a license for PDF-XChange Viewer ActiveX SDK 2.5.199 SDK and it has been recently renewed again.
Every time we release a new major release of our software, we try and upgrade all our 3rd party components.
When I uninstall my old SDK version and install the latest I get a demo text over the pdf viewer as if i did not unlock it.
The software however always unlocks it runtime with the .Setdevinfo(key, devcode) function. The key and the developer code are checked against the e-mail we received and seem correct.
We already tried loging into your website with the major account holder and re-getting the serials. That got us the same set again, so i'm pretty sure they are still ok.
I tried installing sdk version 2.5.312.1 and it gives demo.
I then tried 2.5.308 and that says demo too.
I then tried 2.5.201 and that one simply works without saying demo.
I tried with "pdfvSDKFull.exe" and i tried with "pdfvActiveXSDK.exe" because i was not too sure which SDK i should be installing. Both however have the exact same symptoms as far as I can tell.
I think i'm overlooking something very obvious but can't think of what. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the post - for all licensing issues, it's best to email either support@pdf-xchange.com or sales@pdf-xchange.com, so please send an email detailing the problem and be sure to include both your Dev. Code and license key.
Please do NOT post either here, as we will be forced to immediately deactivate both!
