Two XChange Viewer Windows Now Launch

Hi folks. For the past several months when opening a .pdf with the free version of Xchange Viewer, I have two windows launch. The window in front has the file and no tool bar on top. It does have bookmark options on the left side and a few buttons on the bottom. If I minimize the window with the file, it minimizes to the lower left corner of the blank Viewer window, not to my task bar. The window in the rear has all the tools, buttons, etc on top only but no file. I uninstalled my PDF-XChange Viewer and just downloaded / installed a new one (Version 2.5/Build 312.1). System is Windows XP-SP3. Problem still exists. Thank you.

Thanks for the post - could you please go to Edit --> Preferences --> General and make sure that the Tabbed Documents checkbox is ticked?

It's unchecked; multiple documents button is on. For grins I turned on (button) for Single Document which turned off Multiple Documents. Problem solved. Tested 3 files. Thanks for your help. Wouldn't have got it without you leading me there.
