Hello Tracker?
Can you please try opening this PDF in a PDF XChangeViwer and Adobe? You will noticce that Adobe is able to show hyper link whereas XChange viewer can't.
What could cause this?

I have tried this in both the Editor and the Viewer; both result in what looks at first glance to be a completely different document than what adobe opens.
I have informed the Dev team about this issue and they should be able to provide an explanation or fix. Do be aware that the Viewer is no longer undergoing development, and as such will not receive an update to this.
