Problem with page jump (i.e., the "pointing finger" icon)

Hello;

I'm having a problem with a pdf document that automatically displays the page jump icon (the hand with a pointing finger) on various pages, making it impossible to use any other function such as the hand tool, markup tools, etc. How can I turn off this icon, hopefully for the entire document?
