Welcome to the forum.

We do no support 3D content yet so unfortunately there is no way to display the 3D objects in our products.

Please note that the Viewer is no longer developed and as such there will be no new updates and features for it.
This product has been replaced by the PDF-XChange Editor. If you would like to read more about the Editor, please go here:

Unfortunately for now - no, we will not read the 3D content inside such files. But should still display all the rest of the file fine.
