PDF-XChange Printer 2012 stop working in SAP

Hello,

When we tried to print something in SAP with PDF printer we have a crash and the pdf document it´s not created. If we use it with a Word document it works properly. This is the error we have:

It happens with the 740 SAP Logon version, with the 720 it works fine. Please, can you help us?

Thanks for the email - You're using an old release, so please try Version 6 Build 317.1 and see if that helps:

Please be sure to uninstall Version 5.5. first, or you will end up with multiple program entries.
