no printing at HP desihnjet 500ps anymore

hello around,

PDFXChange viewer 2.5 (build 318.1) under
windows 10 home 1607 (build 14393.187) isn't printing at
HP designjet 500ps (driver HP designjet v7.10) anymore. (It did formely)

With our drawing program we can print (large) drawings at the designjet 500.
With PDFXChange we only can print it to a HP officejet pro 8615 (DIN A4 - smal scale format)

Does anyone have an idea which parameter has to be reset
or maybe there is a "work around"

Thanks for the post - the Viewer was replaced by the Editor and is no longer supported, so I would recommend that you download and test the latest release of the Editor:
