Select multiple highlighted words (for chaing the color)

Hi,

I highlight a lot of words, in pdf-papers I have to read for university, in yellow. The most important catchwords I want to mark in green. Therefor I used to select all of these catchwords of one page at the end of reading, rightclick and change the collor to green. However, that is not possible in X-change viewer, because I can't select multiple words by pressing CRTL (I think that is the English equivalent for "Strg" which I really press at my GER Querz-keyboard) and clicking on the next word I want to select additionally. I thought that function is a quasi-standard, because I know it from Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Word, ...

Would be really happy if you could fix it with the next update! By the way: a really terrific feater would be an icon for an second highlighter (different color)!

Thank you for the post and welcome to our forums. Please note that the PDF-XChange Viewer has been discontinued and replaced by the PDF-XChange Editor. I recommend you download and install the Editor for your use: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFXVE6.zip

In the Editor, you can add multiple instances of a tool as described here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowle ... cific-Tool

You can select multiple comments (e.g. highlights) by holding Ctrl:



You can then right-click and go to properties to then change the colour of those selected highlights.
