Result difference 2.0.311 vs 6.0.318

Post by docu-track99 »

Hello Tracker,

We are seeing different results in print-preview window when opening the same file using two different controls.

All our end users are busy accountants and they all have their particular steps to process their documents. If things like these changes from control to control, its hard for them find a work around.

Please take a look at the attached pdf. You will notice in old control document does not get rotated, but in new control (6.0.318) document does get auto-rotated. Is there a reason why we see such difference? Please let us know how we can make 6.0.318 behave like 2.0.311.

The Viewer, when it prints a landscape page, changes an orientation of printer's paper, but the Editor trying to keep printer preferences unchanged as much as it is possible and, in this case, it rotates page's content.
On a paper, the result from both apps will be the same.

Also, you can change printer's Paper Orientation settings to have Landscape paper, if you want the same preview look.
