Crop feature

Post by evander »

I may be missing the obvious, but is there a way to open an existing PDF file, crop a small part of the display (or zoom in to the desired area), and then save that portion as a new PDF file? I am using PDFXchange-Viewer and see a "crop" option on the Document menu but it is grayed out.

For now this feature is disabled. Will be available into one of the next build
PDF-XChange Co Ltd. (Project Director)

When attaching files to any message - please ensure they are archived and posted as a .ZIP, .RAR or .7z format - or they will not be posted - thanks.

The previous reply was posted nine months ago, and the crop feature is still disabled in the viewer, along with most of the other functionality under the "Document" menu, even in the latest "Pro" version. When can we expect this functionality to be available? It is extremely tedious to try to crop a pdf using the pdf tools interface, having to give numeric values for the crop rectangle, rather than specifying it graphically.

Hi,

These features will be added over the next few months - I cannot be specific when - please see here for the current projected feature set.

If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.

Best regards
