Can't display toolbar icons!!

Can't display toolbar icons!!
Just upgrade 7.0.325 over 7.0.324 and all the toolbar icons are gone. Attached are two snapshots showing classic toolbars and ribbon toolbars. Neither of them can display icons as before. I tried resetting toolbars, or even re-installation but all failed to bring them back. Any suggestions?

Please try using CTRL+F8, and then pressing F8 and F9 to see if that restores the toolbars.
