I have a user who is trying to insert pages into a PDF. She has tried doing this with different PDF's, but still has the same problem.
In the PDF she goes to > Organize > Insert > Insert Pages..., she finds the page 'from file', but the 'OK' option is grayed out.
We have tried repairing, uninstalling/reinstalling, and updating. So far nothing has changed for her.

Hello kjensen,
In the shots you've shown us it seems like "Even Pages only" is selected, and as your file appears to have just 1 page - there are none selected for insertion in your target document (see the "Page Range: selected 0 of 1 pages" message). That's why the OK button is not active.
