Feature request: close active window keyboard shortcut

I often work with multiple document windows of the same PDF document. It would be nice be able to close the current active window with a simple keyboard shortcut.

I understand "Ctrl W" closes the active document, but when I run multiple instances of the same document, "Ctrl W" closes ALL instances of that document rather than just the active window.

It would be great to have the option to make a new keyboard shortcut that just closes the active window. Or better yet, just change "Ctrl W" to close the current document window. I imagine most users wouldn't notice the difference anyway, particularly if they just work with one instance of the document.

Hello brendon so,

The command is already there - when you right click on a tab you have the "Close This Tab" option:

But it does not seem to be possible to assign a shortcut to it yet.

So I've made this FR ticket:
#4690: FR: Ability to close just the current instance (if more than one tab is opened for the same file)
In our internal system, which will allow our devs to consider it and I believe it will be approved for implementation soon.
