Suggestion: allow to change path in Save As Places

Suggestion:
When doing Save As, a handy feature is the possibility to create Places, folders where we often save documents.
When such a Place is created, a little pencil allows to change the name of the Place, but not the underlying link.

It would be handy to be able to change the link or path as well.

One use case: every quarter, I create a new folder like 2020Q4 for invoices, credit notes and such. I have created a Place for this folder called Invoices Out. But I cannot modify it to 2021Q1, without deleting and recreating it.

RT#5369: FR: Allow Change path in "Places"

While I cannot offer any guarantees for its implementation, I can say that it will be considered when we are next looking for new features.
