Hello All,
Every time I have to sign multiple pages on a document I have to save in between each signature. Is it possible to sign all pages in one go or save after signing all? Some documents have over 50 pages so that is over 50 saves just for that one document!
Any solutions?

Re: Sign Multiple pages at the same time SOLVED
Hi chanders,
now that is an excellent question.
You can use the "Signatures and Initials" Tool on the Protect page to apply either your signature or initial to multiple locations on a PDF without having to save it each time. These are not a "Digital Signature" backed by a certificate however, they are essentially a stamp.
There is no way to apply a digital certificate to a PDF without saving. It is required in order to be able to prove the state of the document when it was signed. It sounds to me that you do not need to do this each time, but only the last time. I would suggest you use the "Signatures and Initials" Tool to sign and/or initial all the pages on the document, then use your digital certificate to sign the last page, saving it only once at the end. That way the state of the document when signed can always be retrieved, and that state would include all your signatures/initials applied to each page via the "Signatures and Initials" Tool.

I hope that helps.

Re: Sign Multiple pages at the same time
Place a Signature field on the first page you have to sign. Copy the field and paste it to every other page you have to sign. Location and size of the copied fields may be anything suitable to you. As long as the filed names are the same, signing once will apply your signature to every field.
