Feature request: Button to delete all comments and markups

Post by blub »

Hi again,

a think a button or a menu item to delete all comments and markups would be great when you want your document in the rough again.

Alternative: An option to save the document as untouched version (by ignoring comments while saving).

And: Thx for your wonderful programm!

It is a bit easier to delete comments from the Comments Pane (Control M).

You could print the PDF to a PDF printer driver with the Print Options set not to print comments and markup.

Yes, but if you are working with a document and you want to copy&paste a part of the text, you can't do this, when the text is highlighted. You can't select the text itself when it is highlighted :(.

So a view-button "rough / commented" would be perfect!

You can, as long as you begin selection before or to the left or after the highlighting.

Yes, I know! But THAT is often very uncomfortable. And watching a document with comments off would be very intelligent.
