CTRL+X doesn't work

When editing a text box, the shortcut CTRL+X (cut to clipboard) doesn't work.

An unfortunate oversight.

Control C and Control V are working OK.
Windows 10 Home 64-bit • AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, 8 Gb
