Use the text box as watermark

I wanna use my textbox to add the Watermark,
Can we do it by using PDF-Xchange Editor?

Welcome to our forums.
There are separate tools for text boxes and watermarks, as the two functionalities are quite distinct and I do not see how the two can be combined.

So, how we can add the water mark text with:
-Border (with the color we can choose)
-Fill color for water mark text

You can read on how to add watermarks in general here:

And for your specific needs - you can e.g. create your desired watermark template with the border and fill as needed, save that as a PDF file, and then use the Watermark from file option to apply that freshly created PDF as the watermark to your documents.
