Whenever I try to print to a network printer it selects another paper size then what the PDF document size is. It has been choosing either 8x13, 8.5x13, or 8x14 when I try to print to any of our network printers. I checked the default paper size on the printers and they are all set to 8.5x11. If I choose the option "Choose paper source by PDF-page size" when printing to a printer using the PCL driver it is fine but on our ricoh printers that use a RCPS driver it will either stay at the same wrong size or change to one of the other wrong sizes.
I dont want to change our Ricoh printers to PCL because I will loose some of the advanced features (ex. Mailboxes, reporting).
This issue is only with PDF-XChange Viewer. All the other applications work fine including Acrobat Reader.
Printing Chooses Wrong Printer Size
