You are using clWindowText instead clInfoText, the result is unreadable intotip text, when InfoWindow and WindowText have similar values.

Looks like you are not using a standard Windows XP theme possibly - however I believe is now ok.
Please uninstall (fully) and download todays update - this should now be fixed.
