Bogus BBCode Help link entry

PS Please fix the help https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/app.php/help/bbcode#f4r0 given that this forum disallows links (goodness knows why), saying "You cannot use certain BBCodes: [url]".

Hey C,

We disabled links because of the spammers and scammers.

We used to get a lot of such links, so, we disabled all the links.

If someone wants to visit a link posted on our Forum, he can just copy it and then paste it inside a browser.

We will update the help article. Sorry we missed doing this.
