Bookmarks - Build TOC - "Skip invalid bookmarks" skips valid bookmarks

Hi Support,

The "Bookmarks - Build Table of Content" seems to have a small issue with the "Skip invalid bookmarks" option (defaults to true).

If a document has a few "root level" bookmarks and all have a GOTO action to the *same* page but different Y value - only the last bookmark will be used for TOC building.

If such bookmarks are a children of a root level bookmark - all works as expected.

This seems to have been working ok in version 9.3.361.
