Audio recording tool

Hi,

First, I LOVE PDF-Xchange Editor. Really! It has changed my life and way of working
I have small requests about the audio recording tool:

1. Is it possible to include a "pause" button when recording? It would be really helpful, and would avoid the obligation of re-recording a comment in many occasions.

2. Also, it would be great if we could move backward and forward in the recording when listnening it (just after we have recorded it, while the recorder still open).

3. Finally, it would be super helpful if listneners, when clicking on the audio icon, could have a small reader with lecture, pause, stop and move forward / backward. I know a tool on iOS called PDF Expert that provides this possibility, and it is really great!

At any rate, thanks A LOT once again for the quality of your tool, and keep up with the great work!

Thank you for the suggestion, I have created a ticket for your items #1/2
RT#6233: FR: Add "play/pause recording" button to audio comments
(While the title is short to clarity, it does mention wanting recording "controls" so that small snippets can be taken and manipulated during recording).

As for #3, we already have a ticket on that request, but I have added your support to that request:
RT#3724: FR: Extend playback options for audio comments

Hopefully in the future we can offer both of these options for you!

Any chance / way to follow up on these tickets to know if the suggestions will be implemented? Or all I can do is wait and check PDF X-change Editor update?

You can ask any member of our support team here for an update on either ticket (simply quote the ticket number so we can find it). Items like this tend to be longer term requests though, so it may still be quite a few months before we can offer any new information on these items.
