PDF Exchange Editor PLUS - Office Conversion Function

Post by BillyPilgrim »

Hi,
I would appreciate to get some advice from owners of PDF Exchange PLUS:

I've been using the free version for years now and occasionally I've also used its options to store PDF files as Word or Powerpoint files. However, any file generated like that will contain a troublesome watermark on each page and - worse even - the converted files will become password-protected and read-only even if the original PDF was not. Therefore I am considering obtaining PDF Exchange PLUS , hoping that these effects will not occur with the licenced version, i. e. that I will receive a fully-featured Word or Powerpoint document without any limitations. Could anybody please have a try and let me know?

Thanks a lot!

Hi BillyPilgrim,

I am an Editor PLUS and Microsoft 365 user. Purchasing a license will of course remove all limitations. Don't worry.

Hello rakunavi,

Many thanks for helping BillyPilgrim.
I can also confirm that the exported files are password protected (with randomly generated passwords that we do not know either) when those export features are used without a valid license, but as soon as a license is added - new exports to .docx .ppt will be fully editable in their respective applications.

Kind regards,
Stefan
