Suggestion: Explorer command be "Open with"

I suggest this be "Open with" like every other Explorer Open command I've seen, including on that menu there.

Hello chrisjj,

I think this might deliberately not be "Open With PDF XChange Editor" - as there is the Windows "Open With" with it's sub menu right above it:

But I will check with a team member who works on the manuals, and he would be able to advise on what is the better one to use there gramatically.
