As it is now
there is no direct option to pick either the first or last pages to move. Oddly, those destination options are click-on box options.
Why not have those click-on boxes for selecting the pages to move?
This would be particularly useful as now sheets of merged pages are always dumped at the bottom of the page stack of a file.
And I don't get the All option of pages to be moved. How can you move all pages?

Re: Small Feature Request: Move Pages Ranges
Hello, PHK
Kind regards,
I am not certain that I understand the question here? The "direct option" to choose to move pages to the the first or last page in the document are certainly present, and as you said, clickable options. If you do not wish to click on them however, you can simply type the first, or last page number in the custom option as well.
This one is a bit easier, The "page range" section of these options is a modal dialog option, we simply re-use it in numerous places across the software, It would be far more work than it is worth the remove the "all" option for this one dialog, than it may appear, and despite not actually accomplishing anything when you select it, there is no negative impact to using the "all" pages option.

But I do find it a bit odd that some redundant modal dialogue options are tolerable and others are not.

Re: Small Feature Request: Move Pages Ranges
Hello, PHK
There is a fine line between "redundant but inconsequential and a hassle to remove/upkeep" and "redundant, but potentially problem causing or easy to remove". We do also sometimes intentionally add features some people consider "redundant", like the Format tab for the hand tool. It was added specifically to help many users who are newer to the software, as somehow people seem to very frequently press the key combination Ctrl+G_E which enabled exclusive mode, and then find they do not know how to disable it.
Getting back on track, I will forward your request to add "first and Last" page options to the Selection page range section of dialogs to the Dev team, but at the moment I cannot promise implementation, only that it will be considered.
