Context
Using MS 365 I have created a document with a Logo in the Header.
I have applied Alt text to the Logo
I have run and passed the MS Accessibility Checker
I have then exported to PDF/XPS
Problem
When I run the Accessibility Report in PDF-XChange Editor (V 9.4 build 364.0 Sep 2022)
I get a Fail on 'Other elements alternate text'.
Inspecting this Fail it shows the failed items to be each instance of the Logo in the header.
My temporary work around
At the moment I have removed the Logo from the header and inserted a single image on page one at the top of the document.
Again no issues with MS Accessibility Checker
Re-exported from Word to PDF
Running the Accessibility Report in PDF-XChange
Produces no Fail
This is OK for a short document but it would be useful to know if there is a more appropriate solution
I have searched the forum and found this: viewtopic.php?p=148772&hilit=Other+elem ... rt#p148772
It doesn't quite deal with the issue I have.
Next Steps
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated
Many thanks

Re: Other elements alternat text | Accessibility Report SOLVED
Hello, ACH
I expect that what has happened here is more aking to a discrepancy between what is defined as an item requiring accessible features, between the Word and PDF formats. In any case, should this happen, you can often resolve the issue within our software by using the "reading order" function, followed by the "set alt text" function, as shown in this Gif (it is about 30 seconds long, but shows my whole process. I hope this helps!
Kind regards,
