Commenting (Sticky notes) background color: too much brightness

Hello!,

1. PDF-XChange Pro (Editor Plus) v8.0. 343.0
The background color (of the sticky note) is correct (not bright at all), and is consistent with the established color settings.






2. PDF-XChange Pro (Editor Plus) v9.4. 364.0
The background color (of the sticky note) is too much brightness (this luminosity damages the eyes). In my opinion, this is a mismatch that has occurred from version 9.2 (9.1? not sure) onwards. I haven't since been able to reduce the excess brightness of the sticky note background nor set a gray color background. I had to go back to version 8.0. 343.0.





3. Do you know any method to set the background color of the commenting Sticky notes in this version v9.4.364.0, into a gray color, as it appeared in version 8.0. 343.0?

What you see back in version 8 as actually a bug caused by changes in how our theme settings were implemented. These should not be impacted by the UI color, and that bug has since been resolved. I am sorry to say that if you liked the way that bug rendered the Sticky notes, you will need to continue using that old build for the foreseeable future. I should also note that this is a display error in our software, others will not see the dark colors that you see, that is only visible to you personally.
