OCR not work

Hello, today I installed and licensed the pdf-xchange editor.
During the very first test before licensing, OCR worked very well.
But now it doesn't work anymore.
I tried it in standard and enhanced mode and in various selection modes.
What can I do?

Please provide the original document with which you experience this issue and the OCR'ed copy that you created. Also, please include a screenshot of your OCR settings.

Hello Radi,

I send you an E-mail and have attached 3 files:
- a screenshot of my ocr-settings
- a pdf file where it didn't work. I've pasted a screenshot directly into an empty document. That would be very handy, but ocr doesn't work?
- and I'd tried again today: a jpg file. That worked if i paste it on a blank document.

Is it possible to change my XChange-licence into a XChange-Plus version with the enhanced OCR-Funktion?

Is it possible, to make screenshots and past it directly in XChange to perform OCR?
