Line Annotation Not Printing

I designed a form and I used the Line Tool under Comment>Drawing to make a signature line. When I print the form, the line prints fine for me. However, when I give this exact same form in pdf format to a friend and he opens it up in his copy of PDF-Xchange Editor and then prints it, the signature line does not print.

Am I using the wrong tool to do this?
Why would it not print for him?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That "line" is a comment. So, when you print, you must explicitly ask to also print comments (also called markup).

In the File > Print dialog box, your friend must make sure to select "Document and Markup" at "Print", below the Advanced Print Options.

Another solution would be to make that "line" to be part of the 'base content' of your PDF, by clicking that line (to select it), then right-clicking and selecting "Flatten Selected Comments" in the shortcut menu. This last one might be the best solution for now.

I think flattening the document is the better option, it makes that line the same as the rest of the content regards printing.
