PDF-Xchange Editor cannot open document

PDF-Xchange Editor cannot open document
I am a relatively new user. I have a number of PDFs that I used to be able to open but can't open with PDF-XChane Editor. These were files that I downloaded before I installed PDF-XChange Editor. Attached is a screenshot of error

Personally, I do not have Dropbox at this moment, but I think you will have to use the method explained at "Open Documents Located in Dropbox Folder" to open your files:

Most probably it goes about authentication.
