Hello.
I have PDF X-Change Editor 9.4.364.
I want to update to 9.5.366.
However, on installing .msi file I get error that some files from old version are missing.
The old version displayed is not 9.4.364, but 9.2.358, full path being C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{FF3BFA11-6B7F-4A16-BBE4-EFED78D0E205}v9.2.358.0.
When I try to uninstall this obsolete version through Windows uninstall, I instantly get error about missing files.
Additionnaly, working v9.4.364 version is not in installed apps list.
How shoud I proceed to full uninstall and reinstall of PDF X-Changer?

Hello andriusba,
This is our Cleanup tool that will help you remove all the traces of the previously installed products:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDF-XC ... p_Tool.zip
If you have custom stamps please make a backup copy of them because the tool will delete them.
When the tool finishes its job please restart your computer and install the latest version of our products.
