Remember tab and window layout

Microsoft Windows has a tendency to sometimes auto-update at night and therefore close the PDF Xchange window. I usually have many tabs open viewing the same document at different locations. Is it possible to "remember" the tabs, split windows, etc in the editor and open it later with the same state?

Yes, and no... We have the capacity to retain your previous session on close, but if windows force closes the app, our app cannot save these settings properly, and so the session will be lost. You will need to manually close the app when you are done using it for the session information to be recorded.

You can enable this option from the preferences (Ctrl_K) under the "documents" category:
