"Compare Documents" tool — desynchronization of simultaneous scrolling

This is an intended effect as the comparison is designed to try and scroll so that it shows as much of the comparison data as possible between the "selected" document and the "other" document, instead of simply being a direct 1:1 page comparison. We have spoken with the dev team and they will be looking at improving this so that when scrolling through pages with no "differences" the two will scroll simultaneously, but we currently do not plan to change the handling where there are differences detected.
