The page has live editable text and one illustration. They are located side by side, do not overlap each other. I OCR the text in the illustration, but the rest of the text on the page is no longer selectabled. At the same time, the text objects themselves do not disappear, they are still displayed in the "Content" panel.

Thank you for the report, I have reproduced this, it seems to be a temporary issue as saving/closing and reopening the document resolves it, but I have created a ticket and informed the Dev team directly of this bug. Hopefully we can see a swift resolution.
