Telescoping Comment Boxes - How to Open them ALL in One Click and...Can they Be Set to Not Move? SOLVED

Hi,

So I know by double clicking any comment I can cause the comment box to open up off to one side:

Is there any single action I can take to get them ALL to open up at the same time?

And, is there any way to get them to not MOVE? What I mean is, I noticed that once they are opened, they sort of run down the page as you scroll. Is there any way to get them to just be stationary, so, opened - sure, off to one side. But, not moving when you scroll past them. I noticed that if I have a BUNCH of them open, they will sort of stack on top of each other.

In the comments pane there is a tool called "open popup notes" which can be used to quickly open all selected popups:

As for the movement, I am afraid it is not possible to lock them in place. The purpose of popup comments is to remain visible at any time you are looking at the page if they are open, so until you scroll to the next page (which will cause them to disappear) these items will remain visible while open.
