Color curve in PDF-Xchange

Hi all,

Does the software offer the option to color curve PDF content?

I heavily use PDF-XChange after scanning documents, and color curve is an amazing tool (available in image software) to adjust the tonal ranges of any image.

I have to admit I have never heard the term Color Curve, but upon looking it up, I am afraid that we don't offer anything that precise for fixing scans. The best that we could offer is the "convert colors" function, on the Convert tab, which allows you to convert all base content in the document, including images, to a specific color profile... Far from precise tweaking.

Our software is not intended as an image editing solution, so if you are looking for a function like that, a dedicated image editing software may be more what you need. On that note, I should mention that you can select any image in the Editor, and right click it to be presented with the option to "edit image" in an external application.

Hi Daniel, thanks for your reply.

I understand and agree your software is not intended as an image editing solution - although it goes really beyond any other PDF editing software I know, hence my enthusiasm with your solution (among other uses, I also draw using it)!

I always wanted to ask the question, so now I did

(Curve is a really good tool to enhance images, especially light scanned documents making them much more easy readable.)
