text document prints as flat, crudely rendered image

Printing a web page to a PDF using PDFX-Change generates a PDF containing a flat image, with no text. The image is badly rendered, with poorly formed characters. Printing the same document to PDF using other software, such as the Save to PDF option in Chrome, produces a normal PDF, with sharp clear selectable text. Perhaps I have something set incorrectly. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Okay, thanks. I don't have those plug-ins installed, as far as I know. How do I fix that? Once installed, how do I use them?

Once the browser plugin is installed and enabled, you can simply click on the toolbar icon and then choose "convert to PDF" from the list presented:
