I can not find "read Loud" plugin in my PDF-X Editor , even though I already enabled it in Ref/Plugin

I can not find "read Loud" plugin in my PDF-X Editor , even though I already enabled it in Ref/Plugin

Please tell me where in the menus that I can find the "Read Loud" plugin ? Thank you.

In case you are sure that the "Read Out Loud" plugin is present and checked in File > Preferences > Plugins, then

you should find the "Read Selected Text Out Loud" icon in the shortcut-menu, after a right-mouse-click.
