Cannot get New PdfXChange Viewer v.2.03 to open within IE7

I've cannot get The New PdfXChange Viewer to open in the IE7 browser. Under Preferences/ File Associations I've checked the box that says display in browser with no luck. This is the only PDF reader I'm using under Window Vista Ultimate 64-bit and it does open outside of the IE or Quicken browsers. I tried getting it to work with both the 32-bit and 64Bit versions of IE7 with no luck. The Registry setting seem to be OK - I give up HELP

It is working fine here in Windows XP Home SP2.

In Internet Explorer, Internet Options, check out Manage Add ons and see if the PDF-XChange Viewer IE-Plugin is listed there and enabled.

If it is not listed, try uninstalling and reinstalling PDF-XChange. That's all I can suggest.
