Bookmarks from TOC - multipage TOC and multicolumn TOC

Hi, I have several Problems generating bookmarks from TOCs on longer documents.
1.
on some two column TOC the textselection is weird and not really in order of the text. the generated bookmarks seem to go by their order in the text. Is there a way to always order them by numbers in their title or the pagenumber they link to?

2.
On multipage TOC there often is a header on the top, that is selected when marking the long TOC.
The header often is included in the Bookmarks later - is there a way to explicitly not include some parts of text, like headers or similar? The Font often is the same as the text. OR any other way to reliably generate bookmarks from long TOC.

3.
on some TOC, the markings arent as clear.
e.g. BOLD for the chapter,
then a descriptive title for the next subchapters

the, in the same font and size the title of the first article, oftenmultiline long

this leads to the descriptive title beeing included in the first chapter, instead of beeing higher in the hierarchie
Is there a way to include line spacing in the arguments for automatic bookmarks?

Also, on longer Documents the linking to pages from automatic bookmarks only works on some bookmarks, seemingly at random.
Can you link me to some possible reasons for that?
So only the first 10 bookmarks work, then 5 dont, 1 worksand then some dont in random intervals.
this seems to change everytime i generate bookmarks from the same document. Only the start works everytime.
